The greatest compliment Lindsay can receive from a client is their trust. As a Benefits and Pension consultant, he takes great pride in the long-standing relationships that he has built on a foundation of expert advice and counsel, providing clients the maximum return on the dollars they invest in their respective programs.

One of Lindsay’s greatest lessons in business has been to never take existing clients for granted. Trust relationships take years to develop and foster. He continuously looks for ways to deliver an optimal experience to his clients, so they continue to maximize the value they receive through their various programs.
This philosophy has served Lindsay well in building an impressive client list ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies that have partnered with his Firm for over 25+ years.
Lindsay began his career as a Group Benefit and Pension specialist with a leading Canadian Insurer. Shortly afterwards, he joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, this being a life-long goal. The lure of the business world was strong and after two years of community policy Lindsay returned to the Group Insurance industry with a commendation for his RCMP Inspector reflecting his commitment towards policy and his work ethic and a recommendation to rehire Lindsay should he seek re-engagement in the RCMP at a later date.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Designation from Dalhousie University.
When he is not working for his clients Lindsay can be found working for his community. He proudly was a head coach for hockey and baseball for 15 years for his 3 children. Lindsay continues to financially support multiple charities and is the driving force behind the Webb Pension and Benefit’s annual equipment sports drive. Lindsay just completed the 12th annual equipment drive in partnership with the Ontario Provincial Police and First Nations Police delivering in excess of $1,000,000 of new and used equipment to remote areas in Northern Ontario.
In 2018 Lindsay received a letter of Commendation from the Commissioner of the OPP for his ongoing commitment to Indigenous Youth.

Madeline Webb,

Pension and Benefit Consultant
After graduating from Western University with Honors in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies, Madeline began her career as a Benefit and Pension Consultant with one of Canada's largest independently owned Benefit and Pension Consulting Firms. Madeline is a dedicated and driven Group Benefits and Pension Specialist. After completing her Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) and Group Benefit Associate (GBA) Designations, she obtained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Through her education, entrepreneurial experience and volunteering, Madeline has developed a love for learning, business and helping others. Madeline strives to create meaningful relationships with her clients by guiding them through the complex landscape of Employee Benefit and Pension programs.
When Madeline is not working for her clients, you can find her running, reading or spending time with friends and family.

Ryan Herr,

Financial Planner
Ryan began his Financial Planning career in May 2016 following his graduation from Humber College with his Ontario Graduate Certificate, Financial Planning and Services. He is a Queen’s University graduate with his BA (honors) in Political Science. Having grown up in the industry seeing his father help people achieve their financial goals through sound planning and advice, Ryan is excited to be working to build a firm focused on sound financial planning and helping customers achieve their financial goals. Ryan is a Certified Financial Planner, he received his designation in July 2019.
He loves the outdoors, boating, playing golf, skiing and if want to know anything about cars, Ryan is your man.

Daniel attended Niagara College, studying in their Sales and Marketing program. He recently completed his Life License (LLQP) and looks forward to his career in the Employee Benefit Industry. Daniel excels in supporting our clients through a high level of customer service and dedication to the family business.

Daniel loves being up North with his dog, out on the water boating with family and has a passion for cars.
